1. Acceptance

By creating an Aftercosts account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Aftercosts is a profit-analytics dashboard for Shopify merchants. We connect to your Shopify, ad platforms, and email tools to compute net profit. We are not your accountant, lawyer, or tax advisor. Numbers shown are best-effort, not financial statements.

3. Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime via Billing → Manage; you retain access until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. Annual plans are not currently offered.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: reverse-engineer the service, attempt to access another user's account, use the service to violate any law, or resell access without a separate written agreement.

5. Data ownership

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service (see Privacy Policy). You can export or delete it any time from Account.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these Terms, with reasonable notice where practical. You may close your account any time via Account → Delete.

8. Governing law
